Prelude Connect is an application offered to our patients which gives you the flexibility to navigate your fertility journey seamlessly via your smartphone or computer. The app was designed by leaders in fertility care and refined by patient insights to provide patients access to important information about their personal fertility journey.

Getting Started
Our Care Team will send you a personalized email inviting you to link to your profile following your initial consultation. If you do not receive this email from our Care Team, please let us know by calling our Clinic at 403-284-5444 ext 221, and we will work to set you up on Prelude Connect.
Connecting with our Care Team
We monitor the Prelude Connect App chat intermittently Monday – Friday (excluding statutory holidays) from 7:30am – 4:30pm MT weekdays and from 7:30am – 3:00pm MT on the weekend. It is important to know, that reponses will not be immediate but a member of our Care Team will respond within 24 hours.
