We have launched Prelude Connect to support our patients in their journey with RFP.  Treatment payment processing will take place in your new Prelude Connect app.

• Annual Cryostorage Patients – please contact 403-284-5444 ext 1003 for payment while we arrange for your new cryostorage access with Prelude Connect Cryo that became available on January 29th, 2024.
• Treatment Patients – please see the $ tile on your Prelude Connect app for balance forward and treatment balances.  Should you wish to make partial payments – please message the “Billing/Financial Questions” tab in your app and we will work with you to complete your payments.
